The board also approved a TIF application from Mike Clayton for $18,137 to repair brickwork, update upstairs apartments and add air conditioning. Two applications from Sarah Pointer were approved: $1,706.36 to replace the wood foundation and fascia at storage units at Illinois & Cedar, and $6,330 for roll-up door spring replacement and driveway repair at Jo Max Storage (105 N Olive St).
The TIF approvals were presented during the meeting's business session and carried by recorded voice votes.
