Monte Rio board addresses beach crowding, volunteer beach-shack staffing and noise complaints

Marina also noted multiple noise complaints stemming from a baptism event held at the beach by an unreported church group and confirmed anti-harassment training and Form 700 compliance steps for board members and seasonal employees.
