The board discussed offering a concessions agreement to licensed local food-truck vendors as an alternative to operating the Snack Shack directly.
The Facilities Committee had previously raised the same concerns and recommended further discussion at upcoming committee meetings; the board did not make a final decision and asked staff to bring vendor proposals and cost estimates back for review.
