Staff reports brush piles ready for chipping; Community Center solar system out of service

Maintenance and landscape staff reported during the March 4 facilities meeting that brush piles are assembled and “ready for chipping/burning.” Maintenance and Landscape Assistant Nick Thayer said Monte Rio Fire will assist with chipping once conditions dry.
Staff also reported a solar outage at the Community Center and said, according to the minutes, that “Solar Works is currently working on resolving the issue.” McCollum Engineering is addressing a separate septic problem at Creekside; staff noted the district will pursue needed repairs. The meeting record also states that beach boat rental forms will be available in English and Spanish this year, and that amphitheater doors have been replaced.
