Premier Lakes reports healthy lakes, faster rainy‑season service and planned repairs

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes told the River Ridge board that the lakes and preserves are "in very good shape" and that crews had removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure in advance of an approaching tropical storm.
"The lakes appear to be in very good shape. The preserves and dry retention area work is underway; there is a lot of growth during this time or year," Kurth said. He reported repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler—caused by losing prime after a shutdown—would be completed the following day. Premier Lakes has increased service frequency from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season and completed several quarterly review items early.
Operations Manager Shane Willis and Mr. Alex Kurth will present electrical proposals to relocate a compressor in the Masters Lake; Mr. Willis confirmed he and Mr. Alex Kurth would present those proposals for the electrical portion of the project.
