New Holland board approves routine reports, records adjournment

The Village of New Holland board approved routine administrative items and completed its agenda on Jan. 14. Under the clerk's report, Ed Davison moved to approve the clerk’s report; Chris Cochran seconded and the motion passed with all members recorded as voting in favor. The treasurer’s report was likewise approved on a unanimous vote.
The board also approved Change Order #1 for the watermain project (motion by Jim Shelton, second by Jim Rehmann) and then adjourned after a unanimous motion to close the meeting. The meeting record shows all listed motions passed with the same five members recorded as voting yes: Jim Shelton, Jim Rehmann, Chris Cochran, Ed Davison and Val Goin.
