Board accepts unaudited financials; approves MRI driveway repair credit and $12,000 payment

Mrs. Adams also distributed MRI’s Proposal #514 to repair driveway damage within the CDD easement at 21320 Pelican Sound Drive. MRI credited the CDD $10,500 on a $22,500 claim and the Board approved Proposal #514 for $12,000 on motion by Keith Merrill, seconded by Bob Schultz, with all in favor.
Board members discussed a 10-year forecast that will appear on a future agenda and additional forecasted items, including the Lake 8 stormwater project, asphalt and gutter repairs, and replacing 31-year-old irrigation pipes.
