Premier Lakes reports minimal algae, pending aeration electrical fixes and 'zombie box' delivery

Dustin Hormann of Premier Lakes reported to the River Ridge CDD board that crews identified minimal red algae in the lakes and planned treatment the following day. He said dry retention areas were recently treated and that aeration problems have been corrected except for two units that need electrical work scheduled for the coming week.
Harmann also said "the Zombie box will be installed at the Masters in three weeks; the delay is because it was on back order." District Engineer Charlie Krebs said he will obtain cost estimates to replant Cord Grass and Arrowhead behind 20859 Glen Eagles Lakes Drive after Eric Long asked him to inspect the littorals. The report included routine maintenance actions but no new contracts were approved during the meeting.
Staff will return with cost estimates for littoral plantings; the installation schedule for the remaining aeration electrical work was set for the next Monday or Tuesday, per Hormann.
