New Holland board: EPA submission and state grant set stage for water-main work in April

At its Feb. 11 meeting, the Village of New Holland board heard that the project plan for the water main to Mason City has been submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and that a State Legislative Grant supporting the work has been approved and signed.
Board members were told the work on the water mains in town "should begin in April." No vote was recorded in this segment; the update was provided as part of Old Business and earmarked the timing and funding for upcoming construction.
