- Recommended approval of the Penn Home & Farm LLC plan (New Business A) subject to enumerated conditions; motion by Paul Holleran, seconded by Connie Mattei; vote unanimous.
- Recommended approval of the Artman–Starrett two-lot subdivision (Old Business A) subject to required revisions, a Sewage Planning Module, SEO/DEP approvals and approval by the Municipality of Murrysville; motion by Paul Holleran, seconded by Connie Mattei; vote unanimous.
- Approved advertising a special meeting in early October to discuss proposed SALDO amendments; motion by Paul Holleran, seconded by Connie Mattei; vote unanimous.
- Adjourned the meeting on a motion by Paul Holleran, seconded by Connie Mattei; vote unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
