Sewage pumping event addressed; Crabtree feasibility study shows favorable preliminary numbers

Supervisor Kerry Jobe updated the board on the Unity Township Municipal Authority Crabtree sewage project, saying the preliminary feasibility study produced “good numbers.” He noted that while Morris Knowles work may cause a modest increase in invoices, the project appears more cost‑effective than pursuing an option with MAWC and a final PowerPoint will be presented when numbers are complete. The board indicated the top of the service area will be labeled as number 6 and that running lines further did not materially increase per‑connection costs.
