Schlemmer. The plan must also display a 40‑ft front setback from Route 22 and 15‑ft side/rear setbacks, and add a note that no permits for a solar‑farm lease (approximately 40 acres along Bowman Road, Instrument No. 202403250006959) will be issued unless and until a land‑development application is filed and approved.
Solicitor Falatovich clarified the board's approval applies to the subdivision only; a separate land‑development application will be required to permit an event center. The motion recorded that any site development is subject to the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and additional engineering/agency approvals (SEO/DEP, PennDOT HOP where applicable).
