It's gonna be the 5 bedroom, at 235," the representative said, noting the earlier 3-bedroom build at 184 Ingle Mount. Board members discussed a roughly 12-foot frontage shortfall on the corner lot and concluded the permit/variance route would allow the build to proceed; the motion passed 5-0 on the record.
Board staff advised the applicant to return for the planning-board meeting and to complete permit steps; the board recorded no additional conditions beyond standard permitting obligations.
