Deputy Clerk Amanda Lazzara presented phone-bill comparisons and cost estimates before Trustee Greg Lokaitis moved to switch to a VOIP system “as presented,” a motion seconded by Trustee Cindy Morris and adopted by the board.
The board also voted to enter executive session to discuss purchase or lease of real property under the cited Illinois statutes and returned to open session later that evening. Trustee Cindy Morris moved to adjourn at the meeting’s close; Trustee Sue Spalding seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
