On second and final reading the Greer City Council approved Ordinance 23-2026, which would change the zoning classification of a parcel on Jackson Street owned by E. Riley Bettis from Suburban Neighborhood to Traditional Neighborhood. The owner, Mr. Bettis, indicated he had declared his extension on the item before the council received the ordinance on a motion.
The clerk conducted a roll-call affirmation and council members responded in the affirmative. No new information was introduced during the second reading and no amendments were proposed.
