The Greer City Council completed the second and final reading of Ordinance 22-2026, changing the zoning classification for certain properties owned by the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Jesus Christ at Victor Street and 403 Arlington Road from Commercial General/Medium Density to Office Professional. "This is an ordinance to change the zoning classification of certain properties owned by the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Jesus Christ located at Victor Street and 403 Arlington Road from commercial general to medium density to office professional," the mayor said during the reading.
