Township approves Westmoreland Food Bank addition and reduces front parking dimensions by modification

The board approved the Westmoreland Food Bank land-development plan to construct a building addition on tax parcel 57-12-00-0-087, subject to conditions including matching parking counts, WCD erosion-and-sedimentation approval, and adding a revision number and date to plans. The township engineer had approved the stormwater management plan, and FTMSA indicated no planning module or tap purchase was required for the expansion.
Separately, Morris Knowles & Associates, agent for the food bank, requested and the board approved a modification to reduce the average parking stall from 9' x 20' with a 24' drive aisle to a 9' x 16' stall with a 19' drive aisle for existing parking spaces along the front of the building.
The motions passed unanimously.
