Applicant Craig Hemingway (speaker 14) told council the proposed cover measures roughly 23 by 12 feet, that they had obtained signatures from seven neighbors and that initial drainage mitigation (pop-up drains) was installed by the original builder. "We did submit that, during the last, planning session... We have signatures and consent from 7 of our neighbors," Hemingway said. Council members thanked staff for a complete package and moved to approve the variance.
