Mayor Russell Giulio announced the appointments to the Cemetery Advisory Committee: Rosemary Perna (City staff member), Patricia Lewis (Councilmember), and citizens LaDana Hintz, Rhonda Craft and Kathy Favaro. Drew Dawson moved to approve the appointments; Mike Taylor seconded and the motion carried with four aye votes.
Rosemary Perna said she will schedule the committee's annual meeting sooner rather than later so the City can begin selling memorial spaces on the columbarium. No ordinance or fee schedule was presented at the Nov. 17 meeting; the appointments create the advisory body to guide cemetery administration and related sales.
