Council approves final payments for Well 5 and well-building work; project under budget by about $15,000

Goebel then explained Pay App #2 to O'Keefe Drilling was the final payment for drilling and development of Well 5 and said "around $15,000 had been saved from the original cost of the well." Dawson moved to approve Pay App #2, Taylor seconded, and the motion carried with four aye votes. The approvals close two current contract payment steps for the water project.
