Finally, the committee expressed strong support for annexing the Boulder Cemetery into City Limits and Perna said she would inform City Administrator Brian Bullock to begin that process.
The committee framed these items as operational priorities for 2026, assigning follow-up tasks to staff ahead of spring maintenance and the next meeting.
