Cheney commission approves prior meeting minutes; two special-meeting minutes carried with one abstention

Munoz then moved to approve the minutes of the Feb. 28, 2026 special meeting; Campbell seconded and the motion carried with Commissioner Rassier abstaining. Munoz moved to approve the March 5, 2026 special meeting minutes; Campbell seconded and that motion also carried with Commissioner Rassier recorded as abstaining.
The minutes provide movers and seconders for each approval and record the abstentions but do not list a roll-call vote-by-name for the unanimous approval.
