Council approved the consent agenda, which included multiple community events and facility agreements.
The Hellertown area library requested a waiver of pavilion fees for the June 6 book sale at Dimock Park; council approved the waiver. Council also approved the 'Stuff the Truck' donation event scheduled for April 4 in the Borough Hall parking lot. During discussion an organizer asked for bathroom access for a driver with diabetes; council discussed leaving borough restrooms closed and noted nearby businesses (a Dunkin' Donuts and a gas station) as alternatives for restroom use. The motion to approve the event with the exception of keeping the borough bathroom closed carried by voice vote.
Other consent items included the Saucon Valley soccer league facility-use agreement for 2026 and a Dimock Park booking for an event on June 20; council approved the items without further amendment.
