The Waterville City Council approved a set of nine change orders for the new Fire Hall construction and scheduled a special meeting for a budget work session and a continued conditional use application.
The listed change orders included work by Kendall Doors, multiple Met-Con Construction items, Reichel Painting Company, Superior Mechanical, TCR Enterprises (J & K Masonry), Timm’s Trucking, and Elite Electrical. Councilmember Dave Wollin moved and Tim Smith seconded approval of the change orders "as listed 1-9." The motion carried 5-0. Administrator Hill also informed council that a special meeting for a budget work session and a continued conditional use permit application was set for Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 2:00 p.m.
Council will receive updates on construction progress and any further requested change orders at future meetings.
