Dr. Lisa briefed commissioners on litigation logistics and operational issues. She said, "As of right now, it's, there's a protective order in the case, so we can't really go into details about it, here in the meeting, I think." She added that depositions of DCRC parties had been requested then canceled and are in the process of being rescheduled; depositions of plaintiffs and some decision-makers have not yet been requested.
On administrative matters, Dr. Lisa said she still did not know the status of positions and funding that had been expected to support the commission, and that plans for office relocation remain unsettled. She said she had followed up with the city administrator and corporation counsel and would keep the commission updated when new information is available.
