Resident urges four-way stop and says near-miss spurred demand for action

Sergeant Michael said staff will bring updated statistics to the next meeting and noted enforcement would resume when Chief Baitinger returns.
Frankerfield asked specifically for a four-way stop at the intersection he identified; council members did not take immediate action but directed staff to return with data and next steps for consideration.
