The Waterville City Council held a special meeting on Nov. 25, 2025, in the Board Room, calling the session to order at 3:00 p.m. Mayor Bill Conlin led the Pledge of Allegiance and noted present council members Tim Smith, Scott Potter, Jennifer Grobe and Dave Wollin, and Administrator Teresa Hill. Council member Dave Wollin moved to approve the meeting agenda and Tim Smith seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
After approving the agenda, the council addressed a property line adjustment (Registered Land Survey No. 30) for a parcel associated with Fern Renken and approved that survey by a 5-0 vote. Council member Dave Wollin then moved to adjourn; Scott Potter seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 3:03 p.m.; minutes were signed by Mayor Bill Conlin and Administrator-Clerk Teresa Hill.
