Streets supervisor proposes $75K mill-and-overlay, new truck and continued maintenance schedule

Hiller recommended skipping this year's seal coating because the current pavement conditions do not justify the minimum service cost (cited as $26,000 minimum). He told council members that crack-sealing and routine maintenance would remain priorities if seal-coating is deferred.
