Commissioners continue several land‑use items, approve consent zoning items and set new hearing dates

Staff noted P64 is the first of two public hearings with an adoption hearing set for 09/22/2026 in New Port Richey; multiple zoning items will next appear on September hearing agendas and applicants were notified of the relocated venues and times.
