Mister Bailey noted the policy changes are a response to HB 3007 and that the district had already worked with counselors to implement procedures in the fall. He said that the district had prepared for the reporting and follow-up steps required by the bill.
Board members had no substantive objections and staff said the item could be placed on a future consent agenda if no further edits are requested.
