"I know that the the tower at Lake Oswego High School is up for lease renew I think in May... So I'm asking you guys to be considering this isn't new to anybody knowing this is dangerous and the potential is there," Ben told the board. He also referenced language in Verizon Wireless's annual report describing potential litigation expenses related to RF transmitters and asked the district to consider safety in future lease decisions.
