Commissioners urge general wildfire language, warn against locking the city into Firewise standards

Consultant Katherine Allison agreed to consider softer, more general language rather than naming a program by title. No policy text was adopted at the March 9 meeting; staff will return with revised wording that keeps resilience guidance flexible.
