The chief said seven adults were charged with crimes and there were four juvenile offenses; officers also issued 44 traffic offenses during the month. He noted departmental expenses such as fuel and vehicle repairs were included in the written report and said four officers already completed annual mandatory in-service training. The chief also updated the council on probationary officers progressing through field training; he said one part-time officer is nearing completion of training and another will transition to night work as training continues.
Council accepted the report by motion.
