Zoning board unanimously continues 411 Main Street appeal to April 15, conditioned on signed deferment
Summary

With the applicant lacking the full set of revised drawings and with a separate parking variance still outstanding, the board moved to continue the appeal to give the owner time to collect the materials the board needs to determine compliance.
Solicitor Bob Pichke read the motion: "So motion to continue to April 15, conditioned upon mister Goff's execution and submission of a hearing deferment request been made for a time to the zoning office within 10 days, in lieu of which the appeal is automatically denied." The chair then made a motion adopting the solicitor's language; the board seconded and voted in favor.
Board members cast their votes aloud with multiple "Aye" responses and the chair declared the motion unanimous. The continuance is conditioned on the applicant's timely execution and filing of the hearing deferment form; the solicitor and zoning officer said the form will be provided to the applicant and must be returned within the 10‑day window. The applicant said he would sign and email the document as requested.
The continuance moves the next substantive hearing date to April 15 and preserves the board's ability to dismiss the appeal if the waiver is not filed within the condition window.
