Public Works Committee members and councilors said the TBD fund could not responsibly support those matches and repayments. The council approved a 7-0 motion to decline both awards; TIB notified the city that the funds cannot be reallocated to other projects or used for a change in scope, so the city will not proceed with those projects under the current awards.
