The Village of Los Lunas on June 25 adopted Resolution 26-11, approving the 2028–2032 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) for submission to the State by the July 1 deadline.
Assistant Public Works Director Brittany Armijo reviewed updates to the project list, including elevating the Huning Ranch East and West connections to Los Lunas Boulevard into the top five priorities and moving Sports Complex Improvements to seventh. Council discussed potential sports complex elements (artificial turf, lighting, parking and trails) and agreed to add a planning-stage roadway realignment and turning lane project near Village offices to the ICIP project list. The resolution passed unanimously.
