Ursich described Warner as energetic, a mentor to new staff, and one of the agency’s strongest employees.
Commissioner Brian W. Smith, who identified himself as a grandparent during remarks, expressed appreciation for the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program and thanked Warner for her work. Warner said she "absolutely loves her job" and finds the problem‑solving rewarding.
