At the April 15 meeting, staff reported upcoming ACE inspections and noted that Al Hunsberger had begun construction of a greenhouse that had not been presented to the board for approval. The board recorded the unapproved greenhouse construction as a monitoring and compliance concern.
Jessica Yoder reported that the State communicated its approval was not necessary for the additional residential structure and that a letter would be sent informing Mr. Hunsberger of the State's position and that he could move forward with the residential structure. The board did not take enforcement action at the meeting; staff will continue monitoring compliance and will rely on the State's written communication for next steps.
