Mount Vernon Board Approves Multiple Hires and Pay Increases; Volunteers Allowed with Insurance and Waiver

Harrington proposed pay increases for three full‑time employees (Westi Davis, Fontez Key and Shellby Towns) to $18/hour effective Aug. 6, 2026; that motion passed.
