Councilman Long moved to close the meeting citing Virginia Code §2.2-3711(A)(3),(6),(7), stating the subjects were a potential acquisition and disposition of property in the Southern District, investment of public funds regarding potential development of EDA-owned property, and consultation with legal counsel on probable litigation related to the transportation center.
