Councilman Long raises employee concerns about collective bargaining message, brings youth summit packet

Councilman Long thanked staff for their work on the strategic plan and raised two items under council comments. Second, Long presented a packet about a Creative Visions youth leadership summit planned for late September at CNU and asked council to review the materials; council will take the item up for a vote in September.
