The manager deferred to Marlon for a response. The council stressed the importance of including constitutional officers and appointees in the city's planning process.
Marlon (city staff) said the city "currently have a solution that we use called ClearPoint to report on the measures" from the previous plan but that Power BI "certainly [is] being an option." He added IT work on automation and AI innovation may influence how reports are delivered and that staff will consider public accessibility when recommending a reporting tool.
