Ken Clowes of Butler County Community College (Hope is Dope/BC3 program) told the advisory board that 13 of 15 individuals completed the IGNITE course held at Butler County Prison. He also announced a community-series class beginning that evening with interest from the VA and roughly a dozen veterans expected to attend.
Clowes framed the completion numbers as a positive outcome for the prison-based series and signaled continuing community education offerings through the Hope is Dope program. He did not ask the board for a vote or funding action during the report.
