Jacob Payne told attendees that the project team launched a visual-preference online survey to collect community input and examples of preferred features. “This survey is what's called a visual preference survey,” he said, adding that it includes images for participants to rank and has open-ended opportunities for additional comments.
Payne and Lucas Jensen described outreach planned through August and September: tonight’s in-person presentation at Dayspring United Methodist Church, additional public meetings, pop-up events at parks and paths, presentations to boards and commissions, and a business mixer to reach employees in the area. Payne said staff will compile chat and survey input into the public input summary for the draft plan.
