Board approves extension to purchase and deploy air purifiers for county schools

Harris told the board that Ventura County Sustainability requested the extension to allow additional time to purchase and deploy indoor air purifiers and replacement filters for selected county schools. The board moved and approved the amendment by voice vote; staff will continue to administer the grant and ensure contract requirements are met prior to payments.
