"The rec center received PBDA grant funding that allowed the county to expand its digital footprint, make structural improvements, and and enhance its community assets," a commissioner said. The inspection team included Brandon Peters (deputy director, PBDA), Daniel Mason (rec director), and the county's community and economic development director/project manager, Cliff Clark. Commissioners framed the project as an example of leveraging grant funding to improve community assets.
