Bernadette, a board staff presenter, gave an informational FY25 fiscal status report at the July meeting and said agency procurement continued up to the previous day, so figures remain preliminary.
She reported that "the IVRS grant will be spent in its entirety" and that "there will likely be about $350,000 remaining of the $3,000,000 grant" for polling-place accessibility. Bernadette said final, formal numbers will be available at the August meeting once remaining purchases and reimbursements are posted.
Board members asked staff to review director-level allocations and, where feasible, complete purchases this month (licenses, IT, information-security items) rather than waiting for the new fiscal year so the agency can better plan projects and allocations for FY26.
