Vineland engineers say stormwater upgrades and pipe replacements planned for Chestnut Avenue

A property owner described a camera inspection of a terracotta pipe that is collapsing under his parking lot. He said the pipe is "completely disintegrating." Project staff responded that "any terracotta pipe would be replaced automatically" and that corrugated metal pipe nearing its design life will also be replaced. The team also said they have cleaned and videoed the system as part of the investigation.
