Peri ("Perry") Abbasi, attorney for the committee, told the board the committee had corrected a contact email and replaced its treasurer, and presented a payment: "I have a check, for the amount today for $58.45," the attorney said in the hearing record. The board moved to accept the 50% offer and noted the committee would withdraw the related appeal as a condition of settlement.
