Resident urges Grain Valley to revisit FLOCK surveillance contract over privacy concerns

Bray said he is "not opposed to FLOCK, so long as we are transparent with it and using it responsibly," and asked that the board take the issue up in the next month to address residents’ concerns. No formal action was taken at the meeting; the request was for staff review and potential future discussion.
